One Company Made the tough Decision to Change its Approach to Pay in Response to Challenges it Faced. Our client will give an overview of the indicators that a different approach to compensation was needed in the organization. Change was necessary--pay is too important to leave to chance.

Focusing on doing the right thing for their medical practice and keeping the focus on providing quality healthcare to their patients while also maintaining competitiveness, Elaine Piontkowski, HR Director of Arthritis, Rheumatic and Back Disease Associates partnered with Atwater Martin (AM), to identify needed changes in the company’s approach to pay and rewarding employees. Located in the South Jersey-Philadelphia area, they are one of the largest and most experienced rheumatology practices nationally.
