USERRA

The Uniformed Services Employment and Reemployment Rights Act of 1994 (“USERRA”) prohibit employers from discriminating against or retaliating against any employee on the basis of his or her affiliation with a military service organization.  USERRA also protects an individual’s right to reinstatement of employment and benefits during a period of military leave.
