Consumer Drive Health Care

Consumer Driven Health Care is a plan that shifts the responsibility of choosing and selecting a health care plan from the employer to the employee.  Although many variations exist, the employer provides each employee with an “allowance” and employees “purchase” health insurance options with this allowance.  Access to and use of Internet technology is also key.
