Committee Objective: To plan PEBA's must-attend event of the year- the PEBA Forum

• Develop theme for Forum
• Develop list of session topics
• Identify and select session speakers
• Identify and select keynote speaker
• Secure appropriate facility
• Plan logistics and make recommendations based on feedback from previous Forum
• Develop and produce various marketing materials
• Help PEBA staff secure sponsorships and exhibitors

Customers: PEBA members, potential exhibitors, and General HR, Benefits, and Compensation community.

Time Commitment: The committee meets approximately 6 times between July and April. Each committee member is responsible for coordinating one workshop session.

Committee Member Profile: Committee members should enjoy active participation and creative discussions. Interest in selecting appropriate speakers and topics is key. Attention to detail and independent work involved. Strict adherence to time line is imperative.
