Knowledge Exchange Committee Description

Committee Objective: To develop an ongoing program that enables one-on-one exchanges between  PEBA members and  industry experts to address  specific needs or questions.

Time Commitment

The committee will meet semi-annually via meeting, e-mail or  conference calls. It is expected that each committee member would commit about one hour a month to answer e-mail messages with questions in his/her specific area of expertise.

Committee Member Profile

Committee members should possess expertise in any discipline of employee benefits or compensation. They should have solid knowledge of industry resources and the professional knowledge to be able to easily refer PEBA members to other sources. Strong communication and interpersonal skills important.
