Introduction to Retirement Plans
Intro to Retirement Plans is designed for individuals who are new to the field of employee retirement benefits.  The program provides an overview of employer sponsored retirement plan fundamentals.  After attending the program, individuals will have a basic understanding of the different types of employer sponsored retirement plans, the key differences between them and the objectives they accomplish, the design alternatives that each employer may consider when implementing a plan, and the different rules governing such plans.
