Program Details:

It's not a secret why wellness programs are now standard benefits offerings at most firms. With increased medical benefit costs, an aging workforce, and more employees than ever managing preventable, chronic conditions, employers are searching for ways to keep their employees healthy and their costs down. Despite all the reasons to have a corporate wellness program, many employers struggle with the implementation and management of such programs. What types of wellness programs work? How can we measure the success of such programs? In this program we will:

  • Review the most current research on the effectiveness of incentives in helping to improve and sustain healthy behaviors.

  • Outline the principles of integrating incentives into corporate wellness

  • Discuss the impact of different methodologies for determining the ROI of incentive programs

  • Give industry Best Practices for helping you develop a strategy to manage the most effective incentives program for you company.

Please join us for this interactive roundtable discussions designed to educate you about the latest trends in incentive programs, and give you the opportunity to talk to peers in the Delaware Valley about what is working in their companies.
