Program Details:
The Baby Boomers have started to commence their long awaited retirement.

People have been talking about it for years and the predictions vary greatly as to the impact this event will have on the overall economy, as well as specific businesses. So what is your company doing to persuade some of its most valued employees from retiring before you're ready for them to leave? What are other companies doing?

Our program will start by taking a look at the very broad category of "Phased Retirement" and highlight the results of a recently conducted PEBA survey on Phased Retirement that will be provided to all attendees.  We will then review the impact the design of your benefits programs and human resources management may have on helping you retain in some fashion the baby boomers you determine vital to your business during this generational event.

The program will conclude with roundtable discussions giving you the opportunity to discuss with peers what phased retirement programs they have in place at their companies and their experiences with them.

Who should attend:

This program is appropriate for all levels of HR professionals, particularly senior level executes who are charged with developing your strategy around your Baby Boomer population.
