Please join us for an expansive discussion of global benefits, compensation, mobility and cultural issues that affect corporate decision makers. We will discuss major differences between domestic (US) and international programs with a focus on key components of global programs. We will discuss recent global trends and provide best practice feedback. Key takeaways will be a business plan on deploying global employees, protecting global travelers and retaining local nationals. We will have a range of perspectives from many different vendors of international products and GlaxoSmithKline's global experience as a benchmark.
