Trisha Brambley
President
Retirement Playbook, Inc
Trisha Brambley is President of Retirement Playbook, Inc,
providing broad based financial education for employees and
pertinent workshops for plan investment committees. The firm
also provides plan sponsors with a robust plan advisor due
diligence as part of their fiduciary responsibility.
Ms. Brambley is frequently quoted in the press including the
The Wall Street Journal, USA Today and The
Philadelphia Inquirer. In addition, she is a
speaker on many national forums that focus on retirement
plan issues, including the Profit Sharing Council of America
and the Center for Due Diligence. She served on the DOL’s
ERISA Advisory Council for a three-year term, and prepared
DOL recommendations on target date fund analysis, stable
value issues and participant financial education. She served
as Vice Chair of the Council in 2008 and as Chair for the
study of stable value funds in 2009. She has been included
in 401k Wires?Annual “Most Influential in the Retirement
Plan Industry?for the past several years.
In addition to launching Retirement Playbook, Inc., Ms
Brambley's background also includes launching one of the
country's first plan advisory firms in 1995, which was among
the largest in the country and included in Plan Sponsor’s
Top Advisory Firms and Best Consultants. As part of the team
that developed the country’s first 401(k) plans, Ms.
Brambley was involved in all aspects of bringing these plans
to life. Her role included the successful creation of the
first 401(k) education programs, putting together plans that
fit with the clients?culture that adopted them, and working
through the early 401k trials, tribulations and excitement
in uncharted waters.
As Vice President of Retirement Plan Services for an
international benefits consulting firm, Ms. Brambley’s role
included senior management, national leadership, and serving
as lead consultant for the firm’s largest and most
prestigious clients. |

Linda Robertson,
CFP? ChFC, CEBS, MSFS
Senior Financial Planner Financial Finesse
Ms. Robertson is experienced at addressing a broad range of
financial planning issues and provides unbiased education
with a focus on retirement, employee benefits, and tax
planning. During her six years as a financial educator with
Financial Finesse, she has been instrumental in designing
and launching financial education programs for many of the
nation’s largest companies, including Aetna, General Mills,
and Nestl?
Her background includes over twenty years in the financial
services industry. She achieved the Certified Financial
Planner?designation in 1999, the Chartered Financial
Consultant (ChFC) designation in 2001, and completed her
CEBS designation in 2010. Linda holds a B.S. in Finance
from West Chester University and a Master’s of Science in
Financial Planning through the American College.
She has conducted hundreds of financial education workshops
and seminars, including her most recent appearances at the
2010 IFEBP Forum where she hosted a round table discussion
on Financial Wellness and as a speaker at the 2011 SHRM
Conference in Las Vegas, NV. |

Todd Lombardi is the Director of Compensation and Benefits
for Wawa, Inc. Todd’s areas of responsibility include
Compensation, Benefits, Retirement Plans, Wellness and HR
Technology for all of Wawa’s 17,000+ associates.
Prior to joining Wawa 10 years ago, Todd worked in
compensation for Mercer Human Resources Consulting and
Kulicke & Soffa Industries.
Todd earned a M.A. in Industrial/Organization Psychology
from West Chester University and a B.A. in Psychology from
the Pennsylvania State University. |

Ralph Lardieri is the Wellness
Manager for Wawa, Inc. Prior to joining Wawa 2 years ago,
Ralph worked in wellness for American Standard Companies and
Herman’s Sporting Goods.
Ralph earned his B.S. in Health
Education from

University and now
lives in
Wallingford,
PA with his wife

Richard Shaw

Richard Shaw is president and chief operating officer of
Cardio-Kinetics, Inc. He has led Cardio-Kinetics to become a
premier preventive medicine company that has been recognized
nationally and he has expanded his business to twenty states
serving corporate, educational and public safety
organizations. He also helped establish cardiac
rehabilitation in the state of Delaware. He serves as
adjunct faculty for the College of Health and Exercise
Sciences at the University of Delaware, is a member of the
American College of Sports Medicine and past regional
president of the American Heart Association.

With 29
years of Health and Welfare Benefits experience, Donna is
responsible for providing strategic consulting and
relationship management services to large employer groups.
She has consulted with many Fortune 500 companies
representing such industries as health care, pharmaceutical,
retail, entertainment and consumer products. Her expertise
is in assisting employers with reducing costs
and maximizing the value of their health, life, disability
and voluntary programs with emphasis in developing
and implementing creative solutions and strategic
initiatives specific to, outcomes-based health and wellness
programs, consumer driven health plans, and overarching
managed care strategies.
Prior to
joining Trion, Donna served in both technical and consulting
roles at The Johnson Companies, Prudential and Brokerage
Concepts, Inc.
Donna resides in Bucks
County, Pennsylvania with her husband and two children.
Donna serves as the President of the Board of the Bucks
County Housing Group which provides
a wide range of housing and related social services to
homeless and low-income families in Bucks County.
