Cecile Colonna
Senior Vice-President of Human Resources
Beneficial Bank

Cecile Colonna is currently the Senior Vice President of Human Resources at Beneficial Bank in Philadelphia, PA where she directs the strategy, design and development of company-wide objectives and policies in the areas of workforce planning, employee selection, employee relations, compensation, performance management, benefits, and employee development.  She develops Human Resource approaches to align with and support business objectives and advises senior management on Human Resources issues.

Beneficial is a regional bank headquartered in Philadelphia and as a thirty-eight year employee, Cecile has witnessed the bank grow to a network of 60 branches and $4.6 billion in assets.  Over the past several years, Cecile has led her team in building an infrastructure to support a full service strategic Human Resources department. She embraces a culture where employees are valued, rewarded for performance and provided systems and processes that support a work/life balance.

Cecile has an AAS degree in Social Services from Philadelphia Community College and a BA in Business Administration from Arcadia University in Glenside, PA.

Audrey K. Croley
Assistant Vice-President
Beneficial Bank

Audrey Croley is currently Assistant Vice President Director of Compensation at Beneficial Bank in Philadelphia, where she is responsible for all compensation programs, including base pay, variable pay, incentive plans and Long Term Incentives.  She also supports the Compensation Committee of the Board of Directors and has responsibility for Performance Management.  At Beneficial, Audrey led the start-up of the compensation function, working with bank leaders to ensure business alignment with all components of Compensation Systems.  She also developed the new Performance Management Model, establishing a pay for performance philosophy and alignment with key performance indicators.

Audrey is a strong advocate in the strategic value of compensation plans and using variable pay plans to extract discretionary effort and results.    She also believes that education is an important ingredient in helping employees and managers understand the values of the company.

Audrey also has compensation and human resource leadership experience with Johnson and Johnson, Federal Express Corporation and First Tennessee Bank. She is currently the Thought Leadership Chair for Compensation for Philly SHRM and also a member of the SHRM Measures and Metrics Standards Taskforce.  Audrey has been a speaker at the SHRM National Conference, as well as at local Human Resources and Compensation organizations across the country.  

Audrey has a BBA from the University of Memphis.  She also completed the Smith College Executive Education for Women Program, “The Leadership Edge? while at Johnson and Johnson.  She is a Certified Compensation Professional and certified as a Project Manager Professional through the Project Management Institute.

Robert J. Centonze
Vice President Global Compensation & Benefits
Campbell Soup Company

Mr. Centonze has responsibility for the planning, design, analysis and administration of Campbell Soup’s global compensation and benefit programs.  In addition, Mr. Centonze and his team focus on a number of executive compensation issues ranging from program design, good governance practices and preparation of all materials for the Compensation and Organization Committee.  Prior to joining Campbell Soup in March 2004, Mr. Centonze spent 22 years with the DuPont Company.  His DuPont assignments included 10 years with the Treasury function, 6 years with the DuPont Merck Pharmaceutical Company joint venture in finance and HR roles, 3 years with corporate benefits and 3 years leading the executive compensation function.  Mr. Centonze is a Certified Employee Benefits Specialist, a Certified Benefit and Compensation Professional and a Certified Treasury Professional.  He is a frequent speaker at Conference Board’s Executive Compensation Conferences. 

Matthew J. Walker
Director Global Compensation
Campbell Soup Company

Mr. Walker’s responsibilities include leading the design and administration of Campbell’s global compensation programs.  Key focus areas include: competitive benchmarking, the annual compensation process, development of compensation structures, design of short and long-term incentive plans and other key Campbell Soup Company global compensation programs.  He is also leads the analysis and development of materials for the Compensation and Organization Committee of Campbell’s Board of Directors and oversees the company’s Relocation function.  Prior to joining Campbell Soup in December 2004, Mr. Walker spent 10 years with the CIGNA Corporation in Philadelphia.  His last role with CIGNA was leading the executive compensation function.  Mr. Walker also spent two years in a compensation role with Johnson & Johnson in their consumer products division and began his professional career with Hay Management Consultants.  Mr. Walker is a Certified Compensation Professional.
