Legislative Update

An ever-present challenge for human resource, compensation, and employee
benefits professionals is trying to stay current on constantly changing
legislative and regulatory pronouncements. This session will focus on recent
developments as well as noteworthy judicial decisions. In additional to
reviewing the recent past of these critical areas, the speakers will highlight
topical areas where legislative action or regulatory clarifications are
expected. Speakers will touch on both national and state issues as appropriate.
