PEBA's 29th Annual Forum
Thursday April 21, 2011
The Philadelphia Marriott
12th & Market Streets
The New Employee Value Proposition
No
matter what your industry, the past two years have brought
tremendous change to “business as usual”. But the recession is
ending, and the most forward thinking companies are starting to
think about their next big challenge: employee engagement.
Competition for top employees is increasing and a shift in the
balance of power from employer to employee is starting.
Employers need to start asking tough questions. Are our Benefits
Plans competitive enough to attract employees?
Can employees
grow and be fulfilled in their jobs? Do they have the resources
and training to achieve their goals? Does our Total Rewards
Strategy actually align with our business goals and reward high
performance? Come join PEBA for full day of education,
professional development, and networking to help you answer
these key business performance questions.
