The Power of Leadership in Challenging Times
Amid the chaos, one thing is
increasingly clear: successful organizations of the future must
strategically leverage their HR resources.
In
today’s difficult economic conditions, never before has Human
Resources been more critical to your organization’s mission and
success. With shrinking budgets, staff layoffs, and nervous
employees, even the most experienced HR leaders must reconsider
long-held assumptions and find creative ways to deal with
uncertainty. As an HR practitioner, how can YOU help your
company not only survive, but thrive in challenging
times?
PEBA’s Annual Forum will provide you with strategies and tools
from top companies in the Delaware Valley to reinvigorate the
organizational and financial performance of your institution and
engage and develop your employees.
