Description:
Large Philadelphia-area public company seeks a Total Rewards Manager to be a strategic and operational business partner who provides in-house compensation & benefits consulting to ensure that customized solutions are aligned to the broader HR strategy and corporate strategic plan. The Manager designs, implements and successfully administers competitive and innovative compensation, equity, benefits, and incentive programs designed to attract and retain talent. While hands-on, this role focuses on planning and implementation, not administration. The ideal candidate hails from a large company (10K + employees) in the retail or financial services industry.
Responsibilities:
• Ensure total reward programs are aligned with established enterprise principles and objectives
• Monitor market trends to ensure both designs and pay level are competitive
• Serve as subject-matter expert to increase HR’s capabilities to make informed decisions
• Execute administer and design competitive total reward programs using best practices
• Analyze and report on various components related to total reward issues, including advice and support to business leaders regarding interpreting policy and plans
• Make recommendations to leadership and HR regarding plans that require review due to operational issues or changes within business units
• Manage year-end compensation cycle, including market data intelligence, managing the recommendation process, support reporting and approvals, and facilitating communication

Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance or Economics • Master’s degree preferred • 7+ years of compensation and benefits planning and implementation experience • Excellent consulting, problem solving, and analytical skills • Computer savvy, including |
