The Senior Compensation Consultant has the following responsibilities:
Designs, develops, analyzes and coordinates compensation planning systems and programs such as fixed, variable, bonus, and non-cash compensation.
Determines and analyzes compensation planning needs of the organization and various functional areas such as executive, sales, production, etc.
Formulates and manages plans, procedures and programs to meet specific compensation planning needs and problems.
Contracts with vendors as needed for compensation planning systems, programs, and consulting.
Monitors and reports the effectiveness of compensation planning efforts.
Researches new compensation planning techniques and suggests enhancements to existing compensation planning.
The successful candidate will specifically focus on Global Compensation Programs, including policy research, analysis and development. The candidate will also consult with other DuPont Compensation Consultants in other regions of the globe. (Europe,Middle East and Africa, Asia Pacific, Latin America and Mexico. Subsidiary and Joint Venture Compensations programs are also part of the postion focus.
This position is located at our corporate headquarters in downtown Wilmington, DE.
Qualifications
7-10 years experience in compensation design and consulting
Broad knowledge of compensation including base and variable pay plans
Experience with large multinational organization
Experience in corporate governance over subsidiaries and joint ventures is desirable
Analysis and Judgement

Build sustainable customer relations. |
