Our Policy

Listing Your Job on the PEBA Job Board

  • Employers and recruiters may list any Benefits, Compensation, or Human Resources job on the Job Board.
  • PEBA member companies are entitled to three free job postings in a calendar year. Subsequent postings cost $100.00 each. Non-members may post to the Job Board for a fee of $250 per posting, or join PEBA to receive three free postings per year.
  • Only jobs submitted through our system will be accepted.
  • Be sure to preview and edit your job posting before submitting it.
  • You will receive an e-mail confirmation stating either that your job has been posted or that payment is required before your job is posted.
  • If payment is required, you may pay by credit card through the Job Board system or by check to: PEBA, 1528 Walnut Street, Suite 420, Philadelphia, PA, 19102. Please note "PEBA Job Board" on your check.
  • Your job will be listed for 30 days. (If you wish to cancel it earlier, send an e-mail authorizing the cancellation to coleman@peba.org.)
  • Applicants will respond directly to you.
  • PEBA makes no representations or claims about the job being advertised, the company listing the job, or the applicants. Our intent is only to provide an information service for our members.
