Course Registration Information

WorldatWork courses are 2 day courses, each day from
8:30am until 5:00pm. Participants must schedule their
own course exam, at a time and date chosen by the
participant, by contacting the testing center.
Information on how to schedule the exam is given after
the participant has paid for their WorldatWork course.
To avoid any unnecessary fees, exams must be scheduled
within a 120 days from the course's end date. All
standard testing fees are included in your course
registration price. The course fees include a
continental breakfast but do not include lunch.
Space is limited to paid registration on a first
come, first served basis. To ensure your reservation,
please include payment with your registration form.
However, if you are paying by check and would like to
hold a space, please call to discuss alternative
arrangements. Payment must be received before the start
of your WorldatWork course.
Course Location
PEBA's WorldatWork courses are held at Towers Watson,
located at 1500 Market Street, Centre Square East,
Philadelphia, PA 19102. This location is convenient to
SEPTA's regional rail, subway and bus lines, as well at
NJTransit's PATCO line. There are many hotels within a
comfortable walking distance. If you need information on
local hotels and transportation, please contact
peba@peba.org. This
location is also easily accessible from The Philadelphia
airport.
Course Materials
Course binders are handed out to participants on the
first day of the course. If you wish to receive your
course binder in advance, you can arrange to pick-up
your course binder at the PEBA office for no fee, or
have the book shipped to you for a $20.00 fee. Payment
must be made in full before binders can be released.
Cancellation Policy
Please remember that all cancellations must be made in
writing.
Cancellations must be received 10 working days prior
to the first day of the course for a refund. Binders
must be returned to PEBA with no writing, marks or
missing pages. If the course binder has been marked,
fees will be incurred and deducted from your refund. There will be no refund for cancellations received
less than 10 working days before the beginning of
the course; a credit will be created for the
participant to take a course in the next 12 months. This
credit can only be used to take another PEBA sponsored
WorldatWork course- it cannot be applied to other
WorldatWork courses or PEBA programs.
