The WorldatWork Society of Certified Professionals, an affiliate of WorldatWork, provides HR professionals worldwide with designations of prestige. Based on the universal principles, the Society provides six prestigious designations in key areas of total rewards: compensation, benefits and work-life. Depending on the certification you desire, you may be required to pass an accumulation of exams or pass one comprehensive exam. WorldatWork courses are 2 day courses, each day from 8:30am until 5:00pm. Participants must schedule their own course exam, at a time and date chosen by the participant, by contacting the testing center. Information on how to schedule the exam is given after the participant has paid for their WorldatWork course. To avoid any unnecessary fees, exams must be scheduled within a 120 days from the course's end date. All standard testing fees are included in your course registration price. The course fees include a continental breakfast but does not include lunch. Participants who pay for their WorldatWork class more than 2 weeks in advance will receive an e-binder of course materials approximately 2 weeks before their course start date. Please note that once the e-binder is opened, course fees apply if you need to cancel or reschedule your course. 

Space is limited to paid registration on a first come, first served basis. To ensure your reservation, please include payment with your registration form. However, if you are paying by check and would like to hold a space, please call us at 215-735-9435 to discuss alternative arrangements. Payment must be received before the start of your WorldatWork course.

Course Location

PEBA's WorldatWork courses are held at Towers Watson, located at 1500 Market Street, Centre Square East, Philadelphia, PA 19102. This location is convenient to SEPTA's regional rail, subway and bus lines, as well at NJTransit's PATCO line. There are many hotels within a comfortable walking distance. If you need information on local hotels and transportation, please contact peba@peba.org. We have discounts available at area hotels in walking distance of Towers Watson. This location is also easily accessible from The Philadelphia airport.

Course Materials

Course binders are handed out to participants on the first day of the course. If you wish to receive your course binder in advance, you can arrange to pick-up your course binder at the PEBA office for no fee, or have the book shipped to you for a $20.00 fee. Payment must be made in full before binders can be released. E-binders will be emailed to paid participants approximately 2 weeks before the first day of the course. Please note that once the e-binder is opened, there will be a fee if the participants decides to delay or cancel their course.

Cancellation Policy

Please remember that all cancellations must be made in writing in order to receive a refund- no exceptions. If you cancel 14 or more days in advance of your course (NOT business days), you receive a full refund. If you cancel 14 or less days from the start of your course, you receive a 50% refund. If you cancel the day of your course, you receive no refund. If you open your e-binder, and then cancel your course, fees will apply. Please contact PEBA at 215-735-9435 for more information.
