Course Overview
This basic-level course is specifically designed to be the first course in the Certified Compensation Professional (CCP)/Certified Benefits Professional (CBP) sequence. Participants are introduced to the total rewards model and each of its components. Emphasis is given to the five elements of total rewards: compensation, benefits, work-life, performance and recognition, and development and career opportunities.

This course is intended for those new to the compensation and benefits field or for generalists with limited exposure to compensation and benefits functions seeking a basic overview of total rewards.
