June 30th Deadline for Submission!
PEBA is happy to co-sponsor the Philadelphia Mid-Market Health
Benefits Survey. In conjunction with two other area partners, The
Graham Company and Colonial Life, PEBA has contracted with an
independent actuary to conduct the survey and analysis. This survey
will help you benchmark your health plans to others in the area and
nationally. Best of all, if you participate in the survey, you will
receive an individual custom report for free. We hope
that all of our members can take advantage of this great benefit.

Survey Details |
- The survey will take between 30-60 minutes to complete this year.
If you choose to participate next year, your data will be
pre-populated and reduce your time commitment.
- The survey has a "save" feature, so you can start the survey and
finish it at a later date.
- There are 35 Questions with over 1,000 data elements collected and
analyzed.
- To help you prepare to fill out the survey, we've created a
checklist of items needed to make filling out the survey as easy as
possible. If you'd like to see a blank copy of the survey, click here
for a sample.
- To take the survey, you will need to register with the actuary
firm analyzing the results before beginning the survey. This should
take less than 5 minutes.
- The deadline to complete the survey is June 30th.
